How should providers monitor AI agents across clients?
Monitor each client’s work against its expected result, then investigate the agent’s run record. Agentic Workers exposes records within each Team workspace. Use the workspace switcher and a provider-maintained review register to cover your client portfolio. This page does not promise a unified cross-client monitoring dashboard.

Keep a portfolio review register
For each client, record the expected job, last accepted result, next review and owner. This is a recommended operating artifact you maintain, not a claim about a shipped all-clients dashboard. Check missing deliveries as well as reported failures.
Drill into the client workspace
Select the client’s Team and inspect the agent’s records. Look for the failing tool or missing input, then compare the resulting artifact with the agreed output. A completed status alone does not prove that the right client received a correct result.
Track cost outside the success badge
Review the relevant workspace billing and record costs charged directly by external providers. Include the human effort needed to correct and review output. Avoid promising a per-client consolidated margin report that has not been verified.

Fit and limitations
- Good fit
- Providers willing to run a clear per-client review routine.
- Poor fit
- A requirement for a single verified live portfolio dashboard with automatic alert coverage for every failure.
- Known limits
- Cross-client views and proactive alerts are not assumed. Records and available cost detail depend on the action and runtime. Keep your own acceptance and escalation register.
Sources and evidence
Documentation establishes the scope of a claim. It does not replace an acceptance test in your client’s environment.
| Source | What it supports | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| Read an agent run recordProduct documentation | Inspect available tool calls and execution details within the relevant workspace. A completed run is not proof of an accepted result. | |
| Current plans and billingProduct documentation | Confirm current plan eligibility and separate third-party usage. No numeric pricing comparison is made here. | |
| Team workspace setupProduct documentation | Teams organize agents and connected tools by workspace. Verify membership and the active workspace before setup. |
Questions providers ask
What should we test before using client data?
Example: client, expected output, last review, exception owner. Open the selected Team and locate the affected agent run.
What should the provider verify after a run?
Compare source, output, delivery and cost; assign the next action.
What is the main limitation?
Cross-client views and proactive alerts are not assumed. Records and available cost detail depend on the action and runtime. Keep your own acceptance and escalation register.
Set up one client service
Set up the client workspace, connect its tools and review the first deliverable. Use a tested delivery path, such as Telegram, so the client can receive work in chat. Track operating costs and review effort before pricing a recurring service.
