AI service provider platform comparison: evidence and methodology
Compare AI service platforms using a fixed client job and a dated claim ledger. This research separates product documentation, vendor documentation and editorial judgment. It provides a repeatable evaluation method, not a measured performance ranking. Agentic Workers publishes the research and includes its own product.
By Agentic Workers Team · Published · Updated
Disclosure: Agentic Workers publishes this comparison and sells one of the products discussed. Vendor facts are documentation checks. Fit recommendations are editorial judgment, not independent hands-on benchmark results.
Decision criteria
Apply these checks before choosing a product. Record unknowns rather than inferring a capability.
- Client boundary
- Create two Team workspaces. Confirm that people, agents and tool accounts belong to the intended workspace.
- Connected tools
- Run a read-only check against the client account. Inspect which account supplied the result.
- Review before action
- Trigger a supported action that needs approval. Cancel it and verify no change occurred.
- Recurring delivery
- Run a small scheduled job, review its output and confirm the intended recipient received it.
- Evidence and cost
- Find the run record and the relevant workspace billing. Record external provider charges separately.
- Ownership and exit
- Name the account owner, stop recurring work, revoke links and connections, and verify removed access.
Methodology
Define the client deliverable and required capabilities before shortlisting. Apply the six criteria below to each candidate on the intended plan. Record an unknown when the checked source does not establish a capability; do not translate missing evidence into an absence claim.
Evidence classes
Product documentation describes Agentic Workers behavior checked against its production-branch implementation. Vendor documentation records what another vendor says. Approved customer accounts have a narrower scope and do not establish performance. A future hands-on result needs the setup, input, expected output and retained evidence before it can be added.
Pricing and corrections
Product sources were checked on October 18, 2026. No numeric vendor price, ROI or security ranking is asserted. Check the current plan at purchase time. Send a specific correction with the page, claim and first-party evidence to hello@agenticworkers.com.

Fit and limitations
- Good fit
- Providers making a documented platform decision for a real client workflow.
- Poor fit
- Treating a vendor claim or editorial preference as an independent benchmark.
- Known limits
- No cross-vendor performance experiment has been run for this edition. Publishable performance results require a documented setup, repeated runs and permission to share the evidence.
Agentic Workers product evidence
Reviewed October 18, 2026 against the production branch and published product documentation. Team creation checks the owner’s Ultra entitlement. Team membership and the active workspace determine the workspace context. Client portal app connections target the selected agent’s private account configuration.
Customer upload links support file receipt without a client account. Upload completion does not start an agent turn. App invitations and connected accounts have separate revocation paths. Removing an invitation does not remove an already authorized account or cancel an authorization already open with the provider.
Approvals apply to supported action paths. Records are available within client workspaces. A unified cross-client dashboard, consolidated client billing, full-workspace cloning, certified deletion and full white-label publishing are not established by this evidence.
Correction log
: corrected the agency comparison’s claim that native client workspaces were unclear. The implemented workspace model uses Teams and a workspace switcher, with plan and access limits.
The same revision removes the retired branded-subdomain publishing claim. Comparisons now distinguish documented capabilities from editorial recommendations and make no numerical price, ROI or performance ranking.

Sources and evidence
Documentation establishes the scope of a claim. It does not replace an acceptance test in your client’s environment.
| Source | What it supports | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| Team workspace setupProduct documentation | Teams organize agents and connected tools by workspace. Verify membership and the active workspace before setup. | |
| Customer portal operating notesProduct documentation | Upload and app-connection invitations are scoped to a selected agent. Revoking an invitation is separate from disconnecting an account. | |
| Agent tools and review guidanceProduct documentation | Supported tool actions can require approval. Test the exact tool and runtime; coverage is not universal. | |
| Read an agent run recordProduct documentation | Inspect available tool calls and execution details within the relevant workspace. A completed run is not proof of an accepted result. | |

Questions providers ask
Is Agentic Workers the publisher?
Yes. This is a vendor-authored comparison with a commercial interest in Agentic Workers. Fit judgments are labelled and are not independent rankings.
What does “not verified” mean?
The evidence reviewed does not establish that claim. It does not mean a competitor lacks the feature.
Where are benchmark results?
No measured cross-vendor benchmark is published in this edition. A benchmark requires repeatable inputs, comparable plans and publishable raw results.
Set up one client service
Set up the client workspace, connect its tools and review the first deliverable. Use a tested delivery path, such as Telegram, so the client can receive work in chat. Track operating costs and review effort before pricing a recurring service.
