What should providers check before buying white-label AI agents?
White-label branding is only one part of a client AI service. Check client separation, tool authorization, review, records and exit before choosing a logo or domain. Agentic Workers supports managed client delivery, but this page does not claim full white-label publishing, custom-domain agent portals or the retired branded-subdomain product.

Distinguish the service from the software brand
A provider can deliver a reviewed report under its service agreement without rebranding the software that produced it. If clients must log into a product bearing only your brand, require a vendor demonstration of that exact experience.
Test the client boundary
Ask which people can see the client’s files, which account an agent uses and how access is removed. A custom logo does not prove separation. Test with two fictional clients and include revocation in the evaluation.
Evaluate the commercial model
Confirm what the platform permits, what it bills and what you must support. Do not infer resale rights, branding rights or account portability from a feature name. Use current vendor terms and a documented client agreement.

Sources and evidence
Documentation establishes the scope of a claim. It does not replace an acceptance test in your client’s environment.
