What is the best platform for managing AI agents for multiple clients?
The best platform for multiple clients is the one that passes your client-separation, access, approval and delivery checks. Agentic Workers supports a Team workspace per client, agent-scoped client tool connections and run records within each workspace. It fits providers managing ongoing agent work; a workflow builder may fit a fixed integration better.

Decision criteria
Apply these checks before choosing a product. Record unknowns rather than inferring a capability.
- Client boundary
- Create two Team workspaces. Confirm that people, agents and tool accounts belong to the intended workspace.
- Connected tools
- Run a read-only check against the client account. Inspect which account supplied the result.
- Review before action
- Trigger a supported action that needs approval. Cancel it and verify no change occurred.
- Recurring delivery
- Run a small scheduled job, review its output and confirm the intended recipient received it.
- Evidence and cost
- Find the run record and the relevant workspace billing. Record external provider charges separately.
- Ownership and exit
- Name the account owner, stop recurring work, revoke links and connections, and verify removed access.
Separate the client before adding the agent
Use a separate Team workspace for each client. A chat title, folder name or instruction saying “ignore other clients” is not a substitute for an access boundary. Create the agent in the intended workspace and verify membership before adding client files or credentials.
Test the boundary with two fictional clients
Give each test client a different reference file and tool account. Ask the agent for the other client’s reference, inspect account selection, and check a removed member’s access. Do not load sensitive client records until the observed behavior meets your requirements.
Compare the whole operating job
A good demo should cover a failed run, a pending approval, a revoked connection and a handoff. Compare providers on those checks before model choice or a feature count. Our comparisons state vendor-documented capabilities separately from our fit judgment.
Example provider workflow. Adapt it to the client’s agreed scope.
- 01
Client A
A Team workspace contains the people, agents and connected accounts for one client.
- 02
Client B
A second Team workspace uses separate configuration and its own client accounts.
- 03
Provider
The provider switches workspaces and reviews each client’s records and access.
Fit and limitations
- Good fit
- Providers serving several clients with separate configuration and a repeatable review process.
- Poor fit
- Teams requiring a verified all-clients operations dashboard, automatic workspace cloning or consolidated usage resale today.
- Known limits
- Creating Team workspaces requires the owner’s Ultra plan. Workspaces are an application boundary, not a promise of dedicated databases or a compliance certification. Review records within each workspace; do not assume a unified cross-client dashboard, consolidated client billing, or full-workspace cloning.
Sources and evidence
Documentation establishes the scope of a claim. It does not replace an acceptance test in your client’s environment.
| Source | What it supports | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| Team workspace setupProduct documentation | Teams organize agents and connected tools by workspace. Verify membership and the active workspace before setup. | |
| Customer portal operating notesProduct documentation | Upload and app-connection invitations are scoped to a selected agent. Revoking an invitation is separate from disconnecting an account. | |
| Read an agent run recordProduct documentation | Inspect available tool calls and execution details within the relevant workspace. A completed run is not proof of an accepted result. |
Questions providers ask
Are separate chats enough to separate clients?
No. Check workspace membership, files, tool account selection and shared knowledge. A name alone does not enforce access.
Is Agentic Workers a multi-tenant database guarantee?
No. Team workspaces provide an application-level boundary. Verify any required infrastructure isolation or compliance terms separately.
Can I copy a whole client workspace?
Do not assume a complete clone-and-deploy workflow. Reuse approved instructions and procedures, then connect and test each client separately.
Set up one client service
Set up the client workspace, connect its tools and review the first deliverable. Use a tested delivery path, such as Telegram, so the client can receive work in chat. Track operating costs and review effort before pricing a recurring service.
