How do you sell AI services to existing clients?
Sell a defined client outcome with a review and support process. Start with a workflow the client already pays someone to perform, agree on the accepted output and test a small scope. Agentic Workers supplies operating tools for the service; it does not supply demand, guaranteed savings or a ready-made profitable offer.

Observe the work before pricing it
Ask the client to show a recent task, including exceptions and approval delays. Remove unnecessary steps before deciding where an agent belongs. Record the source data, deliverable and person who can accept it.
Offer a bounded pilot
An example pilot produces a weekly campaign brief from an approved data export. Define the number of inputs, review responsibility, delivery channel and stop conditions. Do not use hypothetical time savings as measured ROI.
Earn recurring scope through evidence
Show accepted outputs, corrections and actual operating cost. Decide whether the process is stable enough for recurring delivery. Price setup, support and external charges explicitly instead of hiding them behind an agent count.
Example provider workflow. Adapt it to the client’s agreed scope.

Discover
Watch one client workflow and identify a useful deliverable.

Pilot
Run a bounded example with human review and recorded costs.

Maintain
Agree on recurring scope only after the client accepts the output.
Fit and limitations
- Good fit
- Providers with an existing client problem and the ability to support the result.
- Poor fit
- Selling autonomy or savings before a client workflow has been tested.
- Known limits
- Any sample service is an example, not a benchmark or earnings promise. Set commercial terms with the client; use current plan and provider costs.
Sources and evidence
Documentation establishes the scope of a claim. It does not replace an acceptance test in your client’s environment.
| Source | What it supports | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| Hosted Super Agent setupProduct documentation | Hosted agents can keep working without an open browser tab. Configuration and plan limits still apply. | |
| Read an agent run recordProduct documentation | Inspect available tool calls and execution details within the relevant workspace. A completed run is not proof of an accepted result. | |
| Current plans and billingProduct documentation | Confirm current plan eligibility and separate third-party usage. No numeric pricing comparison is made here. |
Questions providers ask
What should we test before using client data?
Watch one client workflow and identify a useful deliverable. Run a bounded example with human review and recorded costs.
What should the provider verify after a run?
Agree on recurring scope only after the client accepts the output.
What is the main limitation?
Any sample service is an example, not a benchmark or earnings promise. Set commercial terms with the client; use current plan and provider costs.
Set up one client service
Set up the client workspace, connect its tools and review the first deliverable. Use a tested delivery path, such as Telegram, so the client can receive work in chat. Track operating costs and review effort before pricing a recurring service.
