What software helps AI service providers run agents across client accounts?
Agentic Workers is a delivery platform for AI service providers. You can set up a Team workspace for each client, connect the tools an agent needs, review supported tool actions, and inspect each client’s run records. Start with one repeatable client deliverable, then check access, delivery and cost before adding more clients.

Decision criteria
Apply these checks before choosing a product. Record unknowns rather than inferring a capability.
- Client boundary
- Create two Team workspaces. Confirm that people, agents and tool accounts belong to the intended workspace.
- Connected tools
- Run a read-only check against the client account. Inspect which account supplied the result.
- Review before action
- Trigger a supported action that needs approval. Cancel it and verify no change occurred.
- Recurring delivery
- Run a small scheduled job, review its output and confirm the intended recipient received it.
- Evidence and cost
- Find the run record and the relevant workspace billing. Record external provider charges separately.
- Ownership and exit
- Name the account owner, stop recurring work, revoke links and connections, and verify removed access.
Start with the client’s deliverable
A provider is a company paid to set up and maintain AI for other companies. The job includes choosing the workflow, connecting client accounts, checking the result and handling failures. A useful platform supports that ongoing service; it does not replace the provider’s judgment or client agreement.
Choose the smallest service you can support
A marketing agency might prepare a weekly campaign brief. An IT company might draft a support-ticket summary. An AI consultancy might build a document intake process. These are example services, not packaged outcomes or measured customer results. Each needs a named reviewer and a clear stop condition.
What Agentic Workers supplies
Hosted Super Agents, connected tools, customer upload links, supported tool approvals and workspace run records are available. Providers still decide what to sell, configure the service and review its output. For work the client should manage alone, a simpler tool may be enough.
Example provider workflow. Adapt it to the client’s agreed scope.
- 01
Scope
Choose a client, a recurring input and an output the client can accept.
- 02
Set up
Create the Team workspace, connect the client’s account and test the approval path.
- 03
Operate
Review runs, deliver the result and record problems before expanding the service.
Fit and limitations
- Good fit
- Providers who will own the delivery process and keep reviewing client work.
- Poor fit
- Personal chat users, or buyers expecting a ready-made service with no setup or ongoing operator.
- Known limits
- Creating Team workspaces requires the owner’s Ultra plan. Workspaces are an application boundary, not a promise of dedicated databases or a compliance certification. Review records within each workspace; do not assume a unified cross-client dashboard, consolidated client billing, or full-workspace cloning.
Sources and evidence
Documentation establishes the scope of a claim. It does not replace an acceptance test in your client’s environment.
| Source | What it supports | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| Team workspace setupProduct documentation | Teams organize agents and connected tools by workspace. Verify membership and the active workspace before setup. | |
| Customer portal operating notesProduct documentation | Upload and app-connection invitations are scoped to a selected agent. Revoking an invitation is separate from disconnecting an account. | |
| Agent tools and review guidanceProduct documentation | Supported tool actions can require approval. Test the exact tool and runtime; coverage is not universal. | |
| Read an agent run recordProduct documentation | Inspect available tool calls and execution details within the relevant workspace. A completed run is not proof of an accepted result. |
Questions providers ask
Can I manage several clients from one login?
You can belong to multiple Team workspaces and switch between them. Check which workspace is active before creating an agent or connecting an account.
Does a client need an Agentic Workers account?
A client can use a scoped customer portal link to send files or connect supported tools without an Agentic Workers account. That link is not a full client dashboard.
Does the platform guarantee a profitable service?
No. Price the work from your actual operating cost, review effort and agreed scope. There is no guaranteed margin or client outcome.
Set up one client service
Set up the client workspace, connect its tools and review the first deliverable. Use a tested delivery path, such as Telegram, so the client can receive work in chat. Track operating costs and review effort before pricing a recurring service.
